A: SitBax is designed for use with most standard aluminum or wood bleachers that have a depth of 8″ to 14″ and a lip rise of under 3″. It can also work with some newer plastic-style bleachers using the strap and buckle system for securing.
Given the wide variety of bleacher types, we recommend you check the specifications of your specific venue to ensure the seat will work for you.
A: Yes. The arms are attached with bolts beneath the seat and on the sides of the back rest with both locations being accessible to the user.
A: The seat features a 2-position optional recline. In the upright position, it sits at a comfortable 97-degree recline. To access the second recline position, simply lift the back of the chair and lean back to achieve a 110-degree recline. Both positions still provide enough room for passersby in front or behind you in most stadiums. Please check out some of our user videos here Shiningway Sourcing YouTube Page .
A: SitBax comes with 2 x L-shaped folding arms that can be used to clip in from the front or the back of a standard bleacher. We also provide the user with 2 adjustable buckle straps that go beneath the bleacher. You may use these features independently of one other or together.
A: The use of any seating device, including SitBax, is subject to the terms and conditions of your specific venue. We recommend checking your venue’s rules and regulations before attempting to enter with any seating device. While we believe SitBax is ideal for all stadiums or arenas with metal or wood bleacher systems, rules vary from venue to venue. Please check with your venue directly.
A:
– User can swivel right or left to follow the action on the field without having to lurch your head in all directions
– User can swivel right or left to move out of the way of folks trying to get by to get to their seats. Gone are the days of getting up and awkwardly maneuvering out of the way of other fans. Just swivel right or left (while in your seat) to make room for those other patrons trying to reach their seats.
– User can swivel all the way around (when room permits) to talk to fans in all directions.
– It’s just cool!
A: The great thing about SitBax is that it was designed with everyone in mind—not just the user, but also the fans sitting in front, alongside, or behind. The top of the chair sits no higher than a standard adult’s head. The top corners are intentionally angled to ensure there is no obstruction over the user’s shoulders.
The recline feature is optional. When you have more room, you can lean back and relax. In more crowded stands, you can stay in the neutral position, which is just as comfortable as reclining!
